1/25/20 Just a couple hour drive. Getting used to left side driving and reversed wipers/signals etc. Left the Top 10 Campground and off to another in Hanmer. walks along creek with Steve and Jade venturing in.

Great sleep at city center motel and then off to pickup the no frills basic campervan from Lucky Rental company. We used them last time and joked that we were lucky the van made it back! Also a special license plate for the more adventurous!

1/23/20 Yaaa-Auckland! Boooo-no suitcases due to short connection in San Fran. As we encountered the slowest One finger typist on the planet to fill out the missing bags claim….. there goes our connecting flight to Christchurch. Couldn’t clear customs without bags. The start of my New Zealand Adventure! I am in Seattle. Just got on the next plane that will take us to San Francisco. Then on to New Zealand -yaaa. January 21, 2020

I leave on a airplane tomorrow, we will get to New Zealand two days later. I went skiing at Hoodoo on Saturday.
