Hi today was mega awesome because it was overnight hike day. We had breakfast then headed out. We hiked 10 miles actually 13 miles and got to Port William hut. We met Emma there she is very nice. Then we picked our bed and I got a top bunk bed. Then we had cup noodle soup for dinner it was awesome. After that we played poke’mon and this guy gave me a poke’mon card. THE END.
More Details: Grandma/mom’s Birthday! We have the overnight permit for Rakiura National Park to stay in a cabin – so we set off with our packs. Jade has been waiting for this for months! Several miles until the start of the trail hiking around the island. Jade starts her own troll song… “We are the trolls.. grump, slump. grump, we are the trolls..lump, skunk, grump.. I’m itchy. I’m xx, I’m xxx… and on the song goes! (For miles and miles!)
